I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)… can I change it?
- We MIGHT be able to change it! Email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com – As long as we catch it before your order ships, we’re always happy to correct any information that may be wrong.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
My product doesn’t fit me very well, I would like a different size. How do I go about exchanging my product for a different size?
- Unfortunately we currently not accommodating product exchanges. Please make sure you are ordering the right size before payment
How do I return my product(s) and get a refund?
- We currently do not support product returns. But if for any reason you’re not happy with your product(s), shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what’s going on. If there’s anything we can do to resolve the issue we’ll be more than happy to do so. For example if you happen to receive a product that gets damaged during shipping (these things can happen). We will refund you ASAP
What do I do if I received the wrong size or product is defective?
- If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at email@example.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right order. We will send you a new product and pay for your shipping. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
How much do you charge for shipping?
- Standard Shipping to the US is $4.99
- International Shipping is $6.99
How do I track my package?
- When your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a website to check your order. You can also contact us on Facebook/Instagram or email to get an update on your shipment
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Customers in the United States can generally expect their order to arrive within 1 – 3 weeks from the date in which the order was placed
- International shipping can take up to 2 – 4 weeks to arrive depending on the country
- While most orders are received within a few weeks. Delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen reasons such as busy holidays, custom and transit delays and weather conditions. If your order is delayed, contact us via email and we’ll do everything we can to get the situation sorted out as soon as possible.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s the rest of my order?
- When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. Don’t panic. The rest of your order will arrive soon. You can email us if you have questions about when the second half of your order is expected to arrive.
